My passion is helping people uncover their strength, resilience and inner wisdom in order to navigate struggles and make meaningful changes to better their lives. I specialize in working with individuals ages 18+ with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and OCD. I can walk with you through relationship issues work stress and life transitions, including divorce, occupational shifts and aging.

I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression and anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem struggles, relationship/interpersonal issues, severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. I can walk with you through relationship issues, family stress, and life transitions, including divorce, caregiving, and occupational shifts.

I have been a practicing therapist since 2017, and have worked in various settings, with a wide variety of people. I favor a person-centered, humanistic and individualized approach that combines my background in the treatment of trauma, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
